Dandelion fritters II
Try this one if you think the first fritter recipe is too doughy.
Ingredients: Dandelion flowers Olive oil 2 eggs or more Flour Salt and pepper to taste Your favorite herbs to taste (optional) Directions: Beat the eggs and add salt and pepper (and your favorite herbs to taste-optional) Dip the flowers in the egg mixture one by one and then in flour. Fry in skillet with olive oil on medium high Serve. This makes a bit more of a mess on your fingers but it's worth it. I also like to sometimes skip the flour altogether and just fry them in the egg mixture. |
