Dandelion salad (with wild leek and dill)
I should have taken pictures when making this dish but I will place some next year. Ingredients A batch of dandelion greens 3 wild leeks, both the bulb and stem, chopped 1/4 cup fresh dill 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil juice of half a lemon Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper Directions: Place all of the above in a large bowl, toss, and serve. |
