Garlic mustard hummus
Hummus is a staple in our kitchen. I love it on bagels, crackers or as a dip.
Ingredients: 2 cans garbanzo beans 2 cloves garlic 1/3 cup olive oil 1/3 cup tahini 4 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cumin 1/2 cup garlic mustard leaves Directions: Put all ingredients together into a food processor. process until all ingredients are finely chopped. Taste and tweak. |
