Garlic mustard pesto
Wow this is strong but not bad at all. You can use this as a guideline and tweak to your personal preference.
Ingredients: 3 cups fresh Garlic mustard leaves 4 cloves garlic 1/3 cup olive oil 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/3 cup pine nuts or walnuts or pecan nuts ¾ tsp salt Directions: Put all ingredients together into a food processor. Run at high speed until all ingredients are finely chopped. Taste and tweak. Let sit 3 or 4 hours to mellow. |
