Roasted groundnuts
Groundnuts can be eaten peeled or unpeeled, cooked, boiled, fried, roasted. I've read you can eat them raw too but I've never tried that as I've read that it can cause flatulence. I really like them roasted with maple syrup.
Ingredients: Groundnuts Maple syrup Parchment paper
Directions: Scrub the tubers clean Cover with maple syrup and roast in the oven at 350 for about 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
