Sautéed Sow thistle
A quick and delicious side dish, if you don't feel like spending more than 15 minutes in the kitchen.
Ingredients:
Half a bag of sow thistle leaves Oil Garlic, finely chopped Salt and pepper to taste Nutmeg to taste Directions: Clean and chop the Sow thistle leaves coarsely. Heat some oil in a frying pan. Fry the garlic for a few minutes. Add the leaves and stir until tender. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Serve. Serves 2 people who'd have to split a second serving. |
