Black locust recipes
Every part of this shrub/tree is poisonous, except for the flowers. The flowers smell like Jasmin and they provide a chewy, delicate flower flavor to food.
They're especially delicious in crêpes, ice cream, lemonade or cordials and to eat raw in salads. Be quick, you only have 10 to 15 days of flowering and that's when you're lucky!
